For builders, contractors and trades

Build by day. Not quotes by night.

We build and deploy AI agents and automations that turn site notes into quotes, file job cards and photos, chase suppliers and payments, and keep clients updated for you. You run the jobs. The admin does itself.

You run jobs. Admin runs you.

Every evening spent on paperwork is time away from site, and from home.

Quotes happen at night

The owner is on site all day, so quotes get done after dinner. Slow quotes lose jobs.

Site notes get lost

Measurements on a scrap of paper, photos on three phones, voice notes in WhatsApp. Nothing ends up in one place.

Payments run late

Invoices go out late, and nobody has time to chase them. Cash flow suffers.

Clients chase you for updates

"When will you be on site?" "Is the tiling done?" "Why is this extra?" All day, every day.

Compliance papers go missing

COCs, safety files, sign-off sheets and subcontractor papers. Someone always has to chase them before the job can close.

The schedule keeps changing

Teams, deliveries and inspections get moved by hand, one call or WhatsApp at a time.

What we automate for construction and trades

From site visit to paid invoice.

Built around what you already run: your inbox, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your job or accounting system, and your calendar.

Quotes from site notes

Draft quotes: site notes, measurements and voice notes turned into a quote using your price list. Fast turnaround: ready for you to check the same day.

Job cards and site photos

Job records: notes, photos and sign-offs from WhatsApp saved to the right job. Easy to find: everything for a client in one folder.

Supplier quotes and orders

Supplier quotes: requested, chased and compared. Orders: drafted from the quote and tracked until delivery.

Client updates

Progress updates: clients told what was done and what comes next. Common questions: answered from the job record, using wording you approve.

Variations

Change requests: logged with photos and a draft price. Sign-off: sent to the client for approval before the work starts.

Invoices and payment chasing

Invoices: drafted from the job and the quote. Payment reminders: sent on time, polite and firm, until paid.

Compliance documents

COCs and safety files: requested, checked and filed per job. Subcontractor papers: chased before they start on site.

Team scheduling

Diary: teams, deliveries and inspections booked. Changes: the team and the client told when plans move.

New enquiries

Fast replies: every enquiry answered, even while you are on site. Site visits: times offered and booked into your diary.

Not sure where to start? Most firms start with quotes or payment chasing. Any message to your clients uses wording you approve, and we only contact people who already deal with you.

Built for busy owners

Less paperwork. More building.

We run on these automations

We use the same kind of automations in our own business every day. We know what it takes to keep clients happy when the phone never stops.

Your clients see your brand

Quotes, updates and reminders go out in your name and your branding, using wording you approve. You review anything new before it goes to clients.

Fits how your team works

Agents work with the email, WhatsApp, calendar and job system your team already uses. No new platform to learn.

You own it

Everything runs on your accounts. If we part ways, it all stays with you.

Pricing

Start with one job. Prove it. Then add more.

Audit R7,500. Automations from R19,500.

Many automation companies quote R100,000 to R200,000 or more for a single automation. We use fixed quotes, built for small and mid-sized South African businesses.

Site-to-invoice audit

R7,500

Once-off. We follow a job from first call to paid invoice and rank what to automate first. Credited against your first build if you sign up for a build within 30 days of your audit report.

Your first automation

Best first step
From R19,500 per automation

One job done for you, such as quote drafts, job card filing or payment chasing. Most first builds R19,500 to R45,000. Fixed quote. Live in 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how many systems it touches.

Run and improve

From R3,500 / month

Monitoring, fixes, new workflows as you grow, and a monthly report on tasks done and hours saved. Month to month, cancel any time.

All prices exclude VAT and third-party costs, such as AI usage and software licences.

The R50,000 audit guarantee

If the audit doesn't find at least R50,000 a year in time we can save you, we refund the audit fee. Read the terms (clause 6)

When we build for you

  • A written scope with agreed outcomes, signed off before we start.
  • Under R50,000: paid upfront. R50,000 or more: 50% deposit to start, the balance before go-live.
  • On Run and improve, we aim to fix anything that breaks within one business day.

Questions builders and trades ask.

Will our clients know AI is involved?

Client messages use wording you approve, and your team reviews anything new. Whether you tell clients is your call, and we recommend being open.

Does it work with our tools?

Most likely. Most firms run on email, WhatsApp, a calendar, a spreadsheet or job system, and accounting software. We connect to those. The audit confirms it before you commit.

Will the quotes and messages sound generic?

No. We give the agents your price lists and examples of your best past quotes and emails, so they sound like your business, not like a robot. You check every quote before it goes out.

We're a small team. Is this worth it?

If you or your office spend hours each week on quotes, job paperwork or chasing payments, yes. The audit shows the numbers before you spend more.

What about client data?

It stays in your systems where possible, access is limited, and every build follows POPIA. We only work with people who already deal with you, such as clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
